It seemed like no matter how many different Yoga mats I bought my hands would slide making it difficult to fully enjoy and get the most out of my practice. With this Yoga towel I do not slide at all. It is great for Yoga in a normal temperature and even better for hot Yoga. I would recommend this towel for any Yogi or Yogini that has issues with their hands or feet sliding on their mat. Even though this mat is a bit more expensive than some other Yoga towels it is well worth it because this towel (unlike those cheaper versions) has the grippy side that keeps the towel from moving around during practice.
