I saw this mat on www.Greenwala.com, bought it and instantly fell in love! I have used several different yoga mats, and one problem I find with sticky mats is when my hands start to sweat it makes doing downward dog difficult with my hands constantly sliding. With the just mat, my hands and feet stay in place making it easier to do positions!
