... I practice Anusara yoga. I was previously using a cheap, thin basic mat where I was comstantly slipping and sliding- particularly in standing postures like Warrior I, Triangle and even Lunge.
I didn't want to pay 70+ for a mat and other reviews indicated that the thickness, smell etc. might be a problem but I took the risk to see for myself. I'm so pleased!
